Title: Manager, Customer Service

Location: Milbank, South Dakota

Responsibilities: Manage and operate the Milbank, South Dakota and Morris, Minnesota Customer Service Centers. Supervise office staff to provide optimum customer service and accurate, timely billing for electric service. Schedule employee development and sustain policies and procedures. Develop and implement customer service strategies. Coordinate residential sales and marketing efforts and objectives. Assist in planning and budgeting. Enhance community relationships and work with local governments to obtain franchise agreements. Assist in scheduling construction activities in absence of Operations Manager. Provide administrative support and resources as needed. Provide after-hours management on call.

Qualifications: Applicants must have an associate's degree in business and a minimum of five years' experience in customer service. Experience in budgeting, cost control, planning, and supervision is preferred. Applicants must have strong communication, leadership, and long-term strategic planning capabilities. Knowledge of electric utility regulations is helpful.
