Title: Rates Analyst
Location: Fergus Falls, Minnesota
Responsibilities: This position is responsible for financial analysis, including cost of service studies, and evaluating various issues, which impact the fuel adjustment clause.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in accounting is required. Equivalent experience will be considered. An understanding of economics and theories necessary for revenue requirements determination is required. Knowledge of regulatory rules and regulations, governing statues and legal process is helpful. Requires the ability to interact and work cooperatively and persuasively with regulators and other parties involved in the regulation of the utility industry. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
