The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Standards of Conduct govern the relationships between the utility's transmission function employees and its marketing function employees. The Standards of Conduct are intended to prevent undue discrimination and undue preferences in the provision of interstate transmission services by prohibiting marketing function employees from receiving preferential treatment or non-public transmission information.
