Snow and ice elimination systems
Say good-bye to snow shoveling and ice removal
Provide safe, trouble-free access to and from your home or business.
Embedded cables or panels
If you're installing a sidewalk, new steps, or a driveway, consider installing electric heating cables or panels within the sidewalk. They can be positioned to fit most areas to melt ice and snow. Electric cables heat up when current is applied to them—like a stove element only much less intense but still able to warm the concrete or asphalt slab.
Sensors detect snow, cold, and moisture and turn on the heating elements when needed. You may control the system with timers or manual on/off switches as well.
Infrared heat lamps
Quartz infrared heat lamps are another option for melting snow and ice, with the added benefit of lighting the area. Infrared lamps are perfect solutions for commercial businesses, hotels, motels, schools, and restaurants with high traffic. These lamps increase the safety of your customers as they walk from your parking lot to your reception lobby.
