Imagine all of the residents of a small rural community working together to reduce the electrical use of their entire town. That's the Community Energy Challenge, and it's taking place in Rothsay, Minnesota. Otter Tail Power Company and Rothsay residents are partnering in this ambitious pay-it-forward project with the goal of achieving substantial energy savings. Together we'll show the nation what small towns can do to manage energy use.
