Home weatherization for low-income customers
Otter Tail Power Company can help with energy-saving home improvements through our House Therapy program. It helps our customers who qualify for Minnesota Energy Assistance weatherize their homes and replace inefficient appliances such as water heaters, refrigerators, and freezers.
