Start, stop, or transfer your electric service
You must contact us 48 hours in advance
Service personnel are available Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Start service - To start service at a new location. If your existing location is served by Otter Tail Power Company and you need to stop service there, please use the transfer service form.
- Stop service - To stop existing service. If you need to establish service at a new location that is served by Otter Tail Power Company please use the transfer service form instead.
- Transfer service - If you currently have service with Otter Tail Power Company and are moving to an address served by Otter Tail Power Company use this form.
