How it works
You'll get an email message each month when your statement is ready to view. Once enrolled in ePay, you no longer will receive a paper copy of your statements. Instead, you can accumulate up to six months of service statements online.
Payment options
Choose the one that's best for you and your lifestyle.
Set up automatic payments. Monthly electric charges are paid from your checking or savings account five days before the due date each month.
Manage your account monthly with customer scheduled payment options. You determine the date and amount you want to pay.
Pay by phone. Once you've enrolled in ePay, you can access your account, check balances, or make or modify a payment—by phone, toll-free-from anywhere in the United States by calling 800-729-7427. This is a convenient option for times you have no access to the Internet.
All payment options allow you to modify your payment anytime up to the time your payment is processed.
