Submit a service request

You must contact us 48 hours in advance for a start, stop or transfer of electric service

Service personnel are available Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

  • Start service - To start service at a new location. If your existing location is served by Otter Tail Power Company and you need to stop service there, please use the transfer service form.
  • Stop service - To stop existing service. If you need to establish service at a new location that is served by Otter Tail Power Company please use the transfer service form instead.
  • Transfer service - If you currently have service with Otter Tail Power Company and are moving to an address served by Otter Tail Power Company use this form.
  • Change mailing address - Change your mailing address only. Do not use if you are moving and changing the location of electric service.
