Administrative Assistant

Location

Responsibilities

Everyone has an important role in accomplishing these objectives! In the Administrative Assistant role, you’ll support the project needs within the Asset Management department. Day to day, that might include:

  • Support departmental and project needs by coordinating meetings, schedules and communications between team members as well as managing expense reports

  • Collaborate with consultants to identify, research and interpret information

  • Create and distribute regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reports and meetings notes

  • Contribute information and updates to project management dashboard

Senior Data Analyst

Business Specialist

Mailing and Finishing Specialist

GIS Analyst

Location

Responsibilities

In this role, the GIS Applications Specialist is responsible for the following activities:

  • Develop GIS workflows to add value to existing and new Company processes

  • Design functions and user interfaces for integration between GIS and other systems

  • Automate GIS tasks using programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, etc., as well as GIS API’s

  • Administer the GIS databases/servers to ensure functionality and integrity of the GIS system

  • Serve as GIS technical lead for system integrations

  • Administer education for field employees on data collection efforts including GPS equipment

Qualifications

To be successful in this role a bachelor’s degree in GIS is preferred, or an associate degree/certificate in GIS, or a minimum of three years of experience in GIS. The successful candidate will have experience in GIS database administration and advanced knowledge in ESRI GIS 10.5 or higher, working knowledge of ESRI database and server administration. Programming language experience such as Python, JavaScript, etc., and experience using GIS API’s is preferred.

Lead Lineman

Location

Jamestown, North Dakota

Responsibilities

Supervise, direct and work with the crew to erect and install, maintain or repair overhead and underground electrical distribution and transmission systems and substations; where necessary, frame and erect poles and attach necessary fixtures and equipment; string, sag and splice conductors (wires) and connect transformer and other equipment; trim trees, replace such equipment as broken insulators, split crossarms, cutouts, ties, faulty clamps or braces; and perform similar replacement or repair work as necessary on routine patrol or to clear up storm damage.  Use electrical instruments, operate hydraulic equipment and work out of an aerial basket. 

Qualifications

Must be a Journeyman Lineman with a diploma from an accredited line worker program or have equivalent experience. Must have an unrestricted interstate commercial driver’s license; positive leadership qualities and show an ability to plan, supervise and work with people and tools; an interest in teaching people working on the crew the lineman trade; thorough knowledge of electric line and underground construction, maintenance and repair; be able to work outdoors in any weather, able to climb, understand the mechanical equipment used in the trade, and have the ability to get along well with others. Successful applicant will be expected to reside within 17 miles from permanent headquarters in Jamestown,North Dakota.
