Issues accessing ePay from Chrome?

Allow pop-ups and redirects to pay your bill with ePay

A recent update to Chrome may have disabled pop-ups and redirects on your Chrome browser making it difficult to pay your bill online with ePay. We've put together the following steps to help troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing.

Accessing ePay from your Chrome browser

If you're experiencing an issue accessing ePay on Chrome, check the top right corner of your browser. You'll likely find that pop-ups and redirects have been blocked.

You can allow pop-ups and redirects from Chrome's settings.

  • Click on the three stacked dots on the top right corner of your browser and select Settings.
  • Scroll down and click on Advanced, followed by Privacy and Security, and then Pop-ups and redirects.
  • Finally, under Allow, click the Add button and type in

Once you complete the above steps, begin a fresh web session by closing and reopening the web browser. You should then be able to access ePay.
