Accessing online services

Here are a few of the changes we've made

  • Email addresses must be verified. Before adding new electric service account(s) to your web registration, you must verify your email address through a link we’ll send you.
  • New bills will be available in an electronic format to ALL web users. Look for your electric service bills on your My Account page. ePay users will want to do this before clicking over to ePay to make a payment.
  • Account owners (identified by their name and email address) must authorize others to access their account. We’ve made this enhancement to protect your account security. Only the account owner may add or remove others from accessing their account online on the Account Relationships page under Manage Accounts. An added individual then is able to create a web registration for that account.

ePay and EZ-PAY updates

Changes to ePay

  • ePay is accessible from any device. We use a responsive design website that scales for various mobile devices.
  • Use the hamburger menu in the upper left corner to navigate throughout the ePay site. Click on this to open and close navigation.
  • Balances presented reflect the current balance in our billing system. Payments must post to our system before the balance updates. Allow up to two business days for payments to post.
  • Review your bills in the locations noted above before logging in to ePay to make a payment.
  • We encourage you to schedule your electronic payment no later than 5 p.m. Central Time on your due date.
  • You have the option to sign up for pay-by-text, which allows you to immediately schedule payments via a text message sent through the ePay program.

Changes to EZ-PAY

  • As with the ePay program, balances presented reflect the current balance in our billing system.
  • We encourage you to schedule your electronic payment no later than 5 p.m. Central Time on your due date.
