If you're a residential or small business customer who might be facing financial hardships during this pandemic, we're temporarily suspending disconnects for late payments and waiving late-payment fees.
Plus, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota energy assistance programs have updated their energy assistance guidelines and extended deadlines to help residential customers. If you feel you might have issues paying your electric bill, reach out to your local energy assistance program as soon as you can.
