Providing payment options
If you're facing financial hardships during this pandemic, know that we're here to help.
We temporarily suspended disconnects for late payments and waived late-payment fees for residential and small business customers at the start of the pandemic. But if you're having trouble making payments, it's important that you call us right away so we can work together to make a plan. You can reach us at 800-257-4044 during our business hours—Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
We also encourage you to reach out to your local energy assistance program as soon as you can if you feel you might have issues paying your electric bill. State energy assistance programs have updated their energy assistance guidelines and extended deadlines to help residential customers.

- North Dakota Energy Assistance Program | 800-755-2716
