We'll compile all your information into one billing statement that includes usage data and energy costs for all of your accounts and business locations. You pay all your accounts at one time.

Frequently asked questions about Summary Billing
How many accounts can I combine into Summary Billing?
- There's no limit to the number of accounts you can combine. But we do recommend a minimum of four accounts. Your summary billing statement will reflect the total due for all accounts.
What if I am unable to pay the entire amount due?
- You'll need to send each individual bill stub with the amount you want to pay for each account. Because processing summary bill accounts individually is costly we may remove your accounts from Summary Billing if this becomes a reoccurring issue.
What if I want to pay extra on my Summary Bill?
- You'll need to send an individual bill stub for each account, and note how you want the extra payment to be distributed. Because processing summary bill accounts individually is costly we may remove your accounts from Summary Billing if this becomes a reoccurring issue.
Can I use Summary Billing with ePay?
- No. But you can manage multiple accounts with ePay. You'll be able to create a single login ID and password for all your accounts and handle all your billing online.
