Use this request to stop existing service. If you need to establish service at a new location that we serve, please move your service rather than stopping existing service.
Here's what you need to know about stopping your service
- Our Customer Service team processes stop service requests Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you have an emergency, call 800-257-4044 or 218-739-8877 for immediate assistance.
- We'll take final meter readings and apply them to your account on the date you choose.
- We'll send your final bill to the address you provide.
