Appliance recycling program

A refrigerator over 15 years old could cost up to 50% more to operate than a new ENERGY STAR® refrigerator. Recycle up to two old, but working, refrigerators and freezers and up to two window air conditioners and dehumidifiers each year. A window air conditioner and/or dehumidifier must be picked up during the same appointment as a fridge or freezer. Pickup is free and contactless upon request.

Appliance recycling rebates

• $50 for a refrigerator 10 to 27 cubic feet in size
• $50 for a freezer 10 to 27 cubic feet in size
• $25 for a window air conditioner
• $10 for a dehumidifier
