Quick pay is an easy alternative for those that prefer to skip registering on our website.
Pay your electric bill using your checking or savings account, credit or debit card, PayPal, PayPal Credit, or Amazon Pay.
To make a payment by phone, call 800-257-4044 and press '1' at the voice prompt.
To access your account by phone or online, you'll need your Otter Tail Power Company account number and service location zip code, which may be different than your mailing address zip code.
Terms
- This service limits transactions to $800. To pay more than $800 requires additional transactions.
- We've waived transaction fees charged by our payment processor (Paymentus)*.
- Payments post in real-time to your account. Payments made after 6:00 p.m. Central Time each business day post to your account immediately but will be labeled as the next business day.
*As of July 1, 2022, fees don’t apply for Minnesota customers. We've temporarily waived fees for North Dakota and South Dakota customers too. However, we may add fees and transaction limits in the future.
