Our Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meters provide real-time notifications when meters are pulled and allow us to detect outages more accurately for our customers. We ask that all electricians notify us prior to pulling any electric meter by completing our planned outage notification form.

If you need us on site for your project, complete the form or call us first, then coordinate that work as you have done prior.
When you've completed your work, please reseal the meter using a pink meter seal. This serves as a clear indicator to our field personnel that an electrician has finished the necessary work, prompting us to inspect the meter and apply our official seal. If you need additional pink seals, complete this meter seal order form.
