In this role, the IT Systems Engineer will design, configure, manage, and maintain enterprise systems.
As an Otter Tail Power IT Systems Engineer you will:
•    Support the information system requirements of the company, including Microsoft server products, virtualization, data center infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
•    Evaluate technical architecture to support the overall technology planning of the organization.
•    Design and develop standards for systems including engineering standards, configuration standards, and support guidance documentation.
•    Deploy and manage business critical systems and applications. 
•    Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal teams to drive initiatives.
•    Develop system-monitoring and support automation to enhance and scale the quality of support.

Wash Attendant

Location

Fergus Falls, MN

Responsibilities

We have an opening for a temporary Wash Attendant at our Fleet Service Center in Fergus Falls, MN.

 Applicant should be a full-time student; part time students will be considered. This temporary position will be for approximately 20 hours a week during the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer months for up to 12 months duration.

Qualifications

Successful applicant will assist the Fleet Service Department in maintaining our fleet of vehicles, including washing and vacuuming vehicles; general cleaning of the shop; parts delivery and pick up; delivery of vehicles and various duties as assigned. The expected base compensation for this role begins at $16.00 per hour.

Land Specialist

Position: Land Specialist

Location: Within assigned Service Territory near and surrounding Fergus Falls, MN and Fargo, ND.

Description:

In this role, the Land Specialist will lead land and land rights acquisition and disposal. Our successful employees ensure that our customers and communities have the power they need for modern life.

Some examples of those activities include:

  • Secure land rights through permits, licenses, easements, purchases, and other agreements
  • Conduct title research to determine which parties must be included in various project discussions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to determine line route selection.
  • Lead settlements of damage claims as applicable.

·         Our service territory includes ND and MN and travel, sometimes overnight, to various locations within those states will be necessary to be successful.

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for candidates who possess the following skills and traits:

Project Coordinator

Accounting Assistant/Buyer (part-time)

  • ·         Processing inquiries, requisitions, and approving and creating Purchase Orders for material and inventory stock to maintain the reliable operation of the Plant.
