Applicants must be sufficiently qualified as a Journeyman Lineman or Apprentice Lineman and be able to do necessary emergency repair work. Must have knowledge of electric line construction, maintenance, and repair. Must be able to assume responsibilities for area operations, maintain favorable public relations, and supervise and instruct assistants as necessary. Must have a valid unrestricted interstate commercial driver’s license.
Successful applicant will be expected to reside within 17 miles of permanent headquarters in Milbank, South Dakota.
