Electric commercial equipment

Electric equipment uses less than 5% of the energy required by gas models. It's also quieter, requires less maintenance, and easier to start! And with our new rebates, electric equipment is also price competitive.

Minnesota commercial customers who purchase eligible new battery-powered commercial  equipment may receive one rebate per year for each of the following:

• $5,000 for a school bus.
• $3,000 for a forklift (over 6,000-pound lifting capacity).
• $2,500 for a forklift (under 6,000-pound lifting capacity).
• $500 for a riding lawnmower.
• $100 for a push lawnmower.

Apply for your rebate

Fill out the rebate form and attach all required documentation. A copy of your receipt must be provided. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your rebate check to arrive. Mail to:
