With our compressed-air efficiency program we provide equipment rebates, leak studies, in-depth audits, and system recommissioning assistance. Let us help you maximize the value of your system.

Equipment rebates

Leak study

Get 50% of the cost up to $3,000 for a leak study and associated repairs. Systems that are more than 50 HP may qualify. Study must show the energy-savings potential associated with reducing compressed-air losses through ultrasonic leak detection and at least 80% of all identified leakage must be repaired.

Audits

Get 50% of the cost up to $10,000 for a compressed-air audit when you work with one of our Energy Management Representatives to preapprove your project. The audit may be completed by your selected qualified audit provider and must cover our required areas.

• All audit items must include recommendations for improvements, including energy (kilowatt and kilowatt-hour savings) and cost estimates.
• A qualified audit includes the following areas:
  • Applications and use
    • Flow and pressure requirements
    • Operating schedules
    • Appropriateness for specific applications
  • Supply
    • Number and characteristics of air compressors
    • Full and part-load efficiency data
    • Schedule of filters, dryers, and other auxiliaries
    • Maintenance schedules and procedures
    • Overall condition
  • Delivery
    • Piping distribution diagram
    • Auditor’s leak measurements
    • Schedule of pressure regulators, storage tanks, etc.
    • Overall condition
  • Management and control
    • Peak load conditions and duration
    • Compressor control sequences
• We retain the right to verify that your audit meets these requirements. 

System recommissioning (RCx) study

Get 100% of a study cost up to $10,000 for a compressed-air recommissioning study when you work with one of our Energy Management Representatives to preapprove your project and use our selected audit provider.

This compressed-air RCx program provides incentives for improving your compressed-air systems. Our consultant will audit your facility, providing:

• Investment-grade analysis of cost and savings estimates.
• Selection and prioritization of individual projects.

To receive reimbursement for your compressed-air RCx study costs and qualify for incentives, you must be preapproved and complete all identified compressed-air measures with a payback of two years or less.
